2. Ordering goods from the website
By placing an order through our website you are agreeing to these Terms. When you place an order to purchase a product from the website your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product and we have the right to reject such offer at any time.
Once you have placed the order we will then send you an email confirming receipt of your order (the “Confirmation Email”). You acknowledge that any automated email including the Confirmation Email shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services from our Site.
When you place an order we will require your name, email address, credit or debit card, phone and address details and you may be asked to create an account. The information is required in order to process your request or inform you of your order. A contact phone number may also be required for delivery updates.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend or correct any errors in delivery address or order items placed. We are also unable to apply any discounts or codes after the order has been placed.
We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our third party carrier (the third party responsible for transporting the purchased products to you) with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.
Completion of the contract between us only exists when (i) we debit your credit or debit card; or (ii) dispatch your products to you (whichever is the later).
Please note that we may not be able to accept your order as a result of the following reasons:
(i) If the product you have ordered is out of stock or if there has been a product description or a pricing error;
(ii) If you are not permitted to purchase the product as outlined in these terms and conditions or as otherwise stated on the Site; or
(iii) If we are unable to authorise your payment.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it). We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
3. Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on our Subscription service and all orders over £40.
For orders under £40 the shipping cost is £3.95. For now, we only deliver to the UK.
Orders confirmed before 1pm are dispatched the same day and shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48hr service. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Orders outside the UK
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes applied at the country of delivery. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before purchase if you are unsure.
Other shipping details
Each order you make may include a charge for shipping. If your order is subject to a shipping charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the shipping confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things; the value of your order and your shipping address.
Shipping will be made to the address you have specified during your order process on our website. You are responsible for inputting the correct shipping address when processing your order.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our shipping options altogether.
We will ordinarily only make deliveries when an appropriate person is able to receive the delivery. In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address, we expressly disclaim all liability, which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature.
4. Cancelling an Order
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Once dispatched, you have up to fourteen days to return your product and to request a refund (please refer to the ‘Returns’ section for more details).

5. Returns
Should you change your mind, please send an email to hello@wearejerms.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and a few details on the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned to us unopened and in the condition as supplied to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has been opened we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within the UK, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The product needs to be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the package by you.
Please note that refunds on items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser.
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.

6. Feedback
We value your feedback and if we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please provide our customer service team with details of the issue so we can investigate, by emailing hello@wearejerms.com. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7. Damaged Items
We’re very sorry to hear this. Contact us at hello@wearejerms.com, send us your order number and a photograph of the damaged item(s) and we’ll sort this out for you. Please note that since we use recyclable packaging, creases and indents to the packaging may appear, but these do not constitute a defect and in no way affect the quality of the product.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Website –wearejerms.com – and all content displayed on or accessible from the Website (the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Jerm Nation Ltd (the “Company”) and protected by the copyright laws of England, international copyright treaties and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access, browse and use the Website and the Content. You may not access, copy, download, distribute, modify, republish, broadcast, embed into any other website or otherwise use, deal with or exploit any part of the Website or Content without the prior written consent of Jerm Nation Ltd.
You may not use this Site or any material appearing on the Site to further any commercial purpose including but not limited to selling on of any products purchased from the Site to eBay or any other auction site advertising or to promote or encourage traffic to any other Site.

This Site may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under our control. We assume no responsibility for the content of such Sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on this Site does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website or any information contained therein. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts our liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of Jerm Nation Ltd.
