Our Founder's Story
Years spent as a corporate lawyer left me burnt out and struggling with chronic stress induced gut issues from SIBO to relentless fatigue, brain fog and anxiety. It was a tough journey, but it led me to a powerful realisation: our gut bacteria are incredible allies. They not only support digestion but also our metabolism, hormonal balance, and even our mood.
